Lamborghini Gallardo Issues Recall
Yes even $200,000 supercars have recalls.
Lamborghini has recalled some Gallardo models due to power steering fluid that can leak and catch fire.
In a letters sent to U.S. safety regulators, Lamborghini says that pipes can corrode near the power steering pump. In rare cases, fluid can leak onto the hot engine and cause a fire.
The recall affects about 1,500 Gallardo Coupe and Spyder models sold in the U.S. from 2004 through 2006.
Dealers will update the power steering system free of charge.
No fires or injuries have been reported. Lamborghini says it discovered the problem in product monitoring and testing.
